When you snag something that’s already in our cozy inventory, we get straight to work. Your order will ship out within 72 business hours of being placed (that’s three days, max!). Our goal is always to beat that window, but this is the commitment you can count on.

 

🗓️ For Pre-Orders

 

For those highly-anticipated items you ordered ahead of time, we’re on the same countdown you are! We promise that your pre-order will ship on or before the anticipated ship date listed on the product page. We hold that date as a firm commitment.

Sometimes, things are simply out of our hands—think carrier delays, weather events, or a global supply chain shake-up. If your order runs into a delay that is outside of our control, we won't leave you hanging!
