All tickets include full access to Nanny Camp activities, meals, and workshops.

Step 1: Choose Your Nanny Camp Experience

Select the accommodation that best suits your style. The prices listed below are the standard "Pay in Full" rates.

• Cabin Bunks (Top or Bottom): $625 The classic camp experience! Bunk up with fellow nannies in our cozy, shared cabins. Bottom bunks are reserved for those who require them for accessibility.

• Tent Camping (Tent Provided): $625 For those who love the great outdoors without the hassle. We provide a spacious tent, ready for you upon arrival.

• Bring Your Own Tent: $525 Perfect for the seasoned camper. Bring your own gear and set up in our designated beautiful, safe camping area.

Accessibility Requirements: If you require electricity for medical equipment (e.g., a CPAP machine) or cannot physically use a top bunk, please indicate this on your registration form. We have a limited number of cabins with electrical outlets and a limited capacity to guarantee bottom bunks, which will be assigned based on medical needs first. This will help us ensure we can accommodate your needs.

Step 2: Choose How You'd Like to Pay

At checkout, you will have two flexible payment options.

Option A: Pay in Full (Best Price!)

Secure your spot and get the best possible rate by paying the full ticket price at checkout.

Tip: You can still use Shop Pay Installments (via Affirm) or PayPal Pay in 4 at checkout to split your payment while locking in this discounted rate!

Option B: In-House Payment Plan

Reserve your ticket today and spread the cost over four manageable payments. This option includes a one-time $25 payment plan processing fee.

After your deposit, the remaining balance (plus the $25 fee) will be split into three equal installments. You will receive an invoice automatically for the February, April, and June payments and are welcome to pay off your balance early.

• Payment 1 (Deposit): A $99.00 deposit is due at checkout to secure your spot.

• Payment 2: The second payment is due on February 1st, 2026

• Payment 3: The third payment is due on April 1st, 2026. 

• Payment 4 (Final): The final payment is due on June 1st, 2026.

Remaining Payment Amounts:

• For Cabin Bunks / Tent Camping tickets: Payment 1 is $99.00 (deposit), Payment 2 is $184, Payment 3 is $184, and Payment 4 is $184.

• For Bring Your Own Tent tickets: Payment 1 is $99.00 (deposit), Payment 2 is $150, Payment 3 is $150, and Payment 4 is $150.
